CLARK CUSTOM HOMES

The Narrative.

We’ve heard the stories of homeowners left exhausted by the wrong builder. The last thing you need is for your dream property to become a source of stress and a disjointed project.

Cody set out to bring a firefighter’s sense of duty to the construction industry, focusing on making sure our clients enjoy the rhythm of the build just as much as the finished home. We believe that a custom home should be a sanctuary, not a struggle.

Our dedicated team includes experts in project coordination and land development who work in unison to ensure every detail—from the first site assessment to the final handover is executed with precision.

As we grow, we remain committed to redefining expectations through full transparency, ethical pricing, and modern project management systems. We do this because we believe the legacy you are building for your family deserves nothing less than the absolute best.

Who We Are

Building More Than Homes—We Build Legacies

At Clark Custom Homes, we specialize in bringing custom living dreams to life. From custom homes and barndominiums to full-scale remodels and homesteads, we serve families in Northeast Dallas and across the rural Texas landscape with honest craftsmanship and personalized care.

Founded by Cody Clark—a former firefighter with a passion for service—our company is firefighter-owned and rooted in old-fashioned values: integrity, quality, and relationships. We believe your home should reflect more than just a floor plan—it should reflect your family’s lifestyle, values, and future.

Built by a Texan, for Texans

Our Story

Clark Custom Homes began with a simple mission: to offer honest, high-quality construction for families who want to build on their own land. Founder Cody Clark, a firefighter turned builder, started with a hammer, a vision, and a commitment to doing things right—even when no one’s watching.

As a firefighter-owned company, we bring the same sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and trustworthiness to every project. Over the past 6–7 years, our team has grown into a trusted name in Northeast Texas. We’ve built everything from rustic barndominiums to modern farmhouses—always grounded in craftsmanship and guided by care.

We don’t just build homes—we build places where families gather, grow, and thrive for generations.
