Niche placement
How the tile meets walls and corners
How your backsplash will sit with outlets, windows, or shelving

Building in Texas means planning for storms from day one. During early design conversations, we’ll discuss whether your family needs a storm shelter or whole-home generator.
In this home, the client wanted a storm shelter hidden inside the primary closet. We coordinate the delivery, bolt it to the foundation before walls go up, and build the home around it. It becomes a secure, discreet space that’s easy to access during severe weather.
It’s one of those features you hope to never use—but are grateful for when you need it.
Insulation Upgrades That Increase Comfort
During the insulation phase, we always give homeowners the option to insulate spaces like the garage or attic.
This particular homeowner spends a lot of time in the garage, so we recommended:
